Sam Williams
Managing Partner

Sam comes to Elevation Property Management as a co-owner after working in manufacturing and

sales for 25 years. Although he loves the Fence Industry and has gone as high as being the President of the American Fence Association he is ready to start this adventure with his family. Sam has traveled his whole life and sacrificed time with his kids so he is excited to be part of a business his kids can also be part of. Sam is originally from Valentine, NE and spent many vacations in The Hills. He is a proud father of three children and looks forward to bringing smiles to guest’s faces through Elevation Property Management.

Tabitha Burnette
Managing Partner

Tabitha comes to Elevation Property Management as co-owner after leaving Corporate America to be a part of a family owned and operated business here in the Black Hills. Her past work experience includes 20+ years in Marketing and Strategic Business Development with a large Fortune 500 company. She is originally from Virginia but moved to the Black Hills after visiting here and falling in love with everything the area has to offer. She is the mother of three wonderful children and for hobbies she enjoys boating, decorating and landscaping
